• It is important to note that while our Pet ID Tags are durable, they cannot take , rough play, hard tugging, pulling or chewing.
• Although the cubic zirconias in our Luminance Gold Tag are very securely fixed, if your pet chews on it or puts it in their mouth they can come loose.

We are not responsible for lost
tags. We encourage you to check split rings periodically to ensure the tag is secure, especially with more active pets.

• Our resin tags are  handcrafted and may naturally contain slight design variations and subtle imperfections/ air bubbles/ streaks.
• The luminance gold Pet Tag comes with a polishing cloth, so you can keep them shiny.

• Most of our items (Pet ID Tags) are made-to-order and personalized. The processing time (the time it takes to create your item) is about 5-7 Business days. Your estimated delivery time is the time it takes once the package reaches the post office.  We appreciate your patience!
• Since Pet ID tags and some necklaces are all custom-made to order with name and number, we cannot offer or accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

How long will it take for my resin tag to be created and shipped?

When creating your tags, we use a 3-step process. Each step requires the resin to cure, generally 24 hours for each process. Due to the colder weather, curing times can take up to a week in winter and autumn.

Processing takes between 5-7 business days, but it could take a little longer in the colder months, please be patient with us.

Are all your Tags handmade?

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our pet tags. Each of our resin tags are carefully handmade, crafted with love and attention to detail.

Our stainless-steel tags only require engraving, which adds a personalized touch to your pet's identification.

Which stones do you use in your tags?

We use Cubic Zirconia, looks and feels like real diamonds. The highest grade we use is 5 AAAAA, so it has a lot more shine and sparkle.

Why do handcrafted ID Tags sometimes have minor imperfections like bubbles and streaks?

Handcrafted products might have some imperfections/bubbles/streaks due to their handmade nature. While we always strive for excellence in our craftsmanship, these tiny variations are simply part of the magic of handmade creations.

Can I choose the font for my pets name?

We understand that each pet's name is unique and special. To ensure your pet's name is displayed beautifully, it's important to select a font that suits the number of letters in their name. Some fonts may not cut properly with larger numbers of letters, as they can be too intricate or small.

Therefore, I choose the font that is best suited for the number of letters in your pet's name. Each font has been thoughtfully selected to ensure that no matter how many letters are in your pet's name, it will be displayed beautifully.
