Great customer service, communication, beautiful, unique product, order arrived on time, very happy! Unsure how it goes wear & tear wise as only just put on my dog. Would 100% order again! Only thing I would possibly ask to change next time is a larger font for the phone number on the back, and had a slight bit of resin over the side of the silver hardware (but does not effect the product at all function or look wise)
